I’ve altered Green Eggs and Ham to fit into my current life.  I think it works well.

I do not like to go to bed, when will you get that through your head?

I will not sleep inside a box, I will not sleep beside a fox!  I would not sleep over here or there, I told you I won’t sleep anywhere!

Would you, could you, sleep in a car?  You would like sleep, you will see, you would like sleep, in a tree!

I would not, could not, in a tree.  Not in a car! You let me be! I do not like sleep in a box. I do not like sleep with a fox.  I do not like sleep in a house.  I do not like sleep with a mouse.  I do not like sleep here or there.  I do not like sleep anywhere!

Would you, could you, sleep on a boat?  Would you, could you, sleep with a goat?

I could not, would not, sleep on a boat.  I could not, would not, sleep with a goat.  I will not sleep in the rain.  I will not sleep on the train.  I do not like to go to bed, when will you get that through your head?

You do not like sleep, so you say, try sleep, try sleep! And you may!

I guess I got it through my head.  All I need to purchase is a dog bed.
